the intenZenden philosophy
Our house had a heart, and a soul, and eyes to see us with; and approvals, and solicitudes, and deep sympathies; it was of us, and we were in its confidence, and lived in its grace and in the peace of its benediction. We could not enter it unmoved.

The IntenZenden Philosophy
As each flower seed holds the promise of spring blossom, human nature is no different. We each have something divinely unique to bring forward. But unlike the flower that flourishes given suitable light, soil and water, we require less clear-cut and far more variable nourishment to flourish. Discerning and caring properly for our needs takes a little more reflection and work. intenZenden is about discovering and fostering those conditions that support our growth so that we can bloom as the flower in springtime; to live as nature intended.
intenZenden identifies creativity (and intention) as the stream of innate goodness and light that runs through each one of us while connecting us to a greater whole. With the outside world seemingly wrought with chaos and frenzy, living in this creativity can seem nearly impossible at times. At first it may seem an elusive concept and can be difficult to discern, however tapping into this force can make the difference between living a life of sameness and one of bliss. When we become clear about who we really are on the inside and tend to ourselves in a way that nurtures our spirit, we free ourselves to live in an authentic, harmonious and joyous way on the outside. We are living in our creativity.
The intenZenden practice is one that leads us to inner freedom. It liberates us from any physical, mental, emotional and spiritual blocks that prohibit us from living our light. It is about discovering which conditions enhance or prohibit our growth, and then making gentle changes in our lives to improve our well-being. It is intended to instill in us the courage to speak our truth and to live in our authenticity. Most importantly, when we choose to live intentionally we are reclaiming our God-given right to co-create our lives.
Every flower is a soul blossoming in nature.
